Here at Harley Farms we use a choice of select edible flowers, pesticide free and naturally fertilized. Below is a description of those you'll find adorning our cheese.

(Viola Tri-color) Also called a Viola, miniature variation of the Pansy.

(Calendula Officinalis) Also called Pot Marigold, known for centuries for
medicinal purposes.

(Salvia Rutilans) One of the sacred medicinal plants, its name comes from
the latin word salvare meaning "to save".

(Borage Officinalis) Blossoms have cool cucumber taste.

(dianthus species and cultivars) Miniature member of the carnation family,
light nutmeg scent.
(Centaura Cyanus) Also called Cornflower, bloom is a natural food dye.
