Goat Cheese that's a gift
It's easy to see why our artisan goat cheese is special. We adorn
our cheese with a variety of unique toppings from flavorful fruits
and herbs to edible flowers grown in our garden behind the goat dairy.
But beyond the beautiful presentation, our artisan goat cheese has
been an American
Cheese Society Award recipient for five consecutive years.

Descriptions of our award-winning, fresh, artisan goat cheese

Monet Torte (3 oz. & 7 oz.):
Decorated with edible flowers, with a layer of Herbs de Provence.

Van Goat Torte (7 oz.):
Our Van Goat Torte is decorated with edible flowers and has a layer of Basil and Sunflower seeds.

Tomato Basil Torte (3 oz. & 7 oz.):
Topped with Sundried Tomato, with a layer of fresh Basil.

Cranberry Walnut (3 oz & 7 oz.):
Topped with Sweet Dried Cranberries, with a layer of chopped Walnuts.

Apricot Pistachio Torte (3 oz. & 7 oz.):
Topped with Dried Apricots, with a layer of chopped Pistachio Nuts.

Chevre Log (4 oz. & 8 oz.):
A firmer goat cheese, made in four flavors:
Pepper, Chive, Dill, & Plain.

Chevre Mini Buttons (1.5 oz.):
Individual size tortes.
Flavors: Monet, Plain, Herbes de Provence, Dill, 5 Peppercorn and Cranberry Walnut.

Chevre in Oil (8 oz. Jar):
Plain Mini Buttons marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Lemon Juice, with Sundried Tomato, Rosemary & Peppercorns.

Feta (per pound):
A crumbly, creamy Greek-style Feta. American Cheese Society winner
Ricotta (approx. 1 lb.):
A medium moisture, whole-milk ricotta wheel.

Festive Wheels:
Larger versions of our handmade tortes that come in small, medium and large.
