Those who attended (myself included) were very fortunate to not only try a great many artesian cheeses, but also meet the cheesemakers as well. Excellent to have spoken with Dee Harley about her cheeses and farm. The cheese school's gatherings and courses are highly recommended for anyone from novice to monger. This was an excellent event.
